Team
Play - Low Challenge Initiatives
Cost: $800 for up to 20 participants. Please call for larger
groups.
Peak's Low Challenge Initiatives encourages Personal Growth
and accelerates the Group Commitment process through
a series of outdoor challenges and initiatives (indoors only if
inclement weather). These activities are structured for all levels
and abilities. Through our Low Challenge Initiatives participants
experience activities focusing on Trust, Respect, Problem Solving,
and Communication. So grab your team and come celebrate and recharge!
This program lasts about 3 hours. (Please note there is no rock
climbing associated with this program.)
HIGH
ADVENTURE CHALLENGE
($45/person, minimum 3 participants, max. 20)
This program is all about fun and teamwork! This advanced program
takes your team high off the ground with the thrill of our High
Challenge Course. Our Indoor High Challenge Course engages participants
in Overcoming Perceived Limitations, Increasing Self Confidence,
Practicing Group Support Strategies, Recognizing Personal Strengths
and Limitations, Exploring Team Roles, and Examining Goal Achievement
and Risk Taking. Its challenging and fun! Allow 2-4 hours
for the event.

Learn the Ropes-Belay Class:
Come
join Peak Experience's most popular class for groups seeking productive
fun while team-building. Team members will learn the basics of climbing
in a supportive, yet challenging team environment. Peak's Staff
will instruct participants in safety, simple yet successful climbing
techniques, and most importantly, stress the importance of team
work in climbing, as in life.
* In addition, everyone will receive
a COMPLIMENTARY two week membership when you successfully complete our belay test as a thank you from Peak Experiences
for allowing us to help you achieve this important mission with
your group.

Ultra Team
($2,400/day, 3 days 16 participants max.)
Peak Experiences in partnership with The Competitive Edge, offers
the industry's most in-depth and effective team development program
that helps you create "The Ultra Team."
The three stages of UltraTeam are listed below:

Stage
1 of the Ultra Team program starts with the development
of a Shared Vision. Your team learns and practices foundational
skills required in building Effective Relationships. These
skills include Conflict Resolution, Collaborative Problem
Solving, Rational Decision-making, Assertiveness and Active
Listening.

Stage
2 establishes Critical success indicators and cultural
norms, i.e. Governing Values: Team members will learn how
to transfer foundational skills into their daily work environment
to ensure real and lasting performance improvements.

Stage
3 enables teams to accelerate performance gains. Team
members learn highly collaborative and creative mechanisms
to evaluate and improve team structure, systems, processes
and strategies. |
Through your program, your team will:

Reflect
on and summarize their learning experience. Our instructors
and facilitators skillfully coach your team to discover their
own answers by asking challenging and reflective questions
and allowing for adequate team processing. |

the team's experience to the real world. They will be challenged

it into their daily lives. |
