Passages Camp Confirmation Packets

We are so glad you are coming to Passages this summer and want you to have ALL the information you need to have a successful Passages experience! Below is a list of all of our Camps with the corresponding Confirmation Packet. Please click on the Session(s) you will be attending to open up your Packet. Inside you will find multiple pages of information for you to read, or download as you prefer. Please print, complete, sign and return to us ONLY the Acknowledgement of Risks and Camper Information Form, along with a recent photo of your Camper(s). Returning these promptly will ensure that your Camper's medical records are current from the first day of Camp. Please direct any questions or concerns to our Camp Registrar at 897-8283x310.
