Requirements:

Adopt Peak Experience’s Vision, Governing Values, and Code of Conduct
Desire to contribute to an inclusive and welcoming climbing community – climbing is for everybody!
Comfortable climbing 5.7 in street shoes
Top rope belay certified, or able to become certified
Background check
Customer service experience
To work in the Climbing Centers you must be at least 16 years of age.
