  • Prepare your body, mind, and spirit with a centering flow focused on relaxation and release. Each pose flows smoothly with your breath and movement encourages the awakening of your muscles. This flow routine is suitable for all levels of practice.

  • Express Flow is a dynamic yang style class that strengthens and invigorates the body and mind. The class is designed to be an efficient and effective use of time to give you a fluid sequence of poses that targets the entire body while continuing to prioritize breathwork and alignment. It is perfect for those who want to fit in a full body flow without committing to a 60 minute class. More time to climb! This class is open to all levels.

  • Join us for a 60-minute restorative yoga session designed to enhance your climbing experience through deep stretching and relaxation. This is a slow-paced class that includes wide variety gentle and targeted stretches to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote overall well-being. Perfect for climbers looking to recover from intense climbs or simply seeking a mindful practice. This session will help you restore balance, enhance your range of motion, and support your climbing goals. All levels are welcome.

  • Dive into a high-energy Power Yoga session designed for those with a solid foundation in yoga and a desire to push their limits. This class blends vigorous physical activity with deep, mindful breathing to elevate both strength and flexibility. 

  • Yoga for Climbers is a class specifically designed to improve your flexibility, focus, breath awareness, and strength on the wall. You will be guided through a series of poses with the intention of helping you build stability and reduce the risk of injury in your climbing endeavors. 

  • Core Flow is designed to strengthen and engage core muscles while combining traditional yoga movements in a dynamic flow. After this 45 minute class you can expect to feel more centered with a stronger core and relaxed from deep mindful stretches. This class is open to all levels - modifications will be provided.

  • Work on achieving your handstand or more advanced handbalance inversions with Matt's expert guidance!

  • ** This class will be taught in American Sign Language with interpretation provided by Mosaics Interpreting Services** 

    Gentle Yoga is geared specifically for those who are interested in a gentle practice.  This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels, including beginners, are welcome. Yoga Mats, Blocks, and Bolsters are available for use.

    Open to everyone.

  • Training to build strength, improve balance, and enhance core stability. Perfect for all fitness levels—get a full-body workout using just your body weight and the TRX straps.

  • Timed sets of resistance exercises with short rest periods to build muscle and boost endurance/ Quick, efficient, and designed for all fitness levels.
