At Passages we believe in the highest form of sustainability, the human kind. We grow our own Staff. Most of our 180 Staff were once Passages Campers and many set their sights on joining the Staff at a young age!
Our Staff are remarkable people and retention is nearly 90% from one summer to the next. This is a real job, with high expectations, on-going training and unending support. Prepare to be challenged and succeed.
Our future Passages Staff complete an online job application, schedule and participate in an interview, receive a 10-page job description as well as participate in an additional phone interview. All Passages Staff partake in an intensive pre-season training that includes CPR and 1st Aid.
Happiness and fulfillment are often by-products of achievement and our Staff have the MOST FUN!
